A 50% Deposit is required with every custom build and a refund cannot be issued once materials have been purchased. A deposit confirms acceptance to stated terms and details of each project as well as locks in the quoted price of each project. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been discussed. Any project that is not paid in full within 30 days of completion will be subject to sale and the customer's deposit will be returned in full after sale is finalized. In the event the remaining balance cannot be paid upon completion of the project, Arclite Welding LLC reserves the right to sell the product and upon final sale the deposit will be returned to the customer in full.

Delivery and/or shipping is not included in the prices listed. Local delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Stated lead times given at the time of project estimation are based off of current market conditions and material availability and may be subject to change. Lead times may be extended due to staffing shortages with outside vendors, material availability, and / or factors outside of Arclite Welding LLC's control. 

Any changes outside of the customers build specifications provided by Arclite Welding LLC will be charged as time and materials. Please note, additional work and / or changes will result in additional time and cost to complete added changes. Time and cost will be based on changes requested.

Due to the fluctuating steel market, quotes are only valid for 72 hours. Prices listed on website are subject to change without notice.
